In no event shall Summit Ski & Snowboard School AG or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services of Summit Ski & Snowboard School AG’s website.


Summit Ski & Snowboard School AG has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Summit Ski & Snowboard School AG of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

Instructor courses with Summit Ski & Snowboard School do not include insurance.

We strongly recommend that our trainee instructors have adequate insurance for the sports they are taking part in as we cannot be held responsible for any injury, losses or accidents which occur during your course.


A 20% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.

The remainder of the course fee is due 1 month before the course begins.


Cancellation up to one month before the course start date results in the loss of the 20% non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation within the month before the course start date results in no refund. 

In the case of cancellation due to lift closure, injury or sickness, adverse weather conditions, breakdowns of mechanical installations or other incidents beyond the control of Summit Ski & Snowboard School AG, Summit will not be liable to provide a refund. Clients are advised to take out suitable insurance to cover them in the case of cancellation.


In the case of resort closure due to COVID if Zermatt closes we will attempt to reschedule later in the season if allowed. If there is no opportunity to reschedule we will refund for any part of the course that is not able to go ahead on a pro rata basis

In the case of other countries limiting travel but the skiing in Zermatt remains open there will be no refunds, please ensure you have adequate insurance before booking.


During your course, we will take lots of video and photos. Our coaches will use photography and videos in order to give feedback and instruction. We may also use the footage on our website, in promotional material or for training purposes in our school.  If you do not wish us to use imagery or footage for reasons other than your own training and development, please let us know at the time of booking.
